We commissioned Emma to prepare our four-bedroom house fully. As we live abroad, we depended on her entirely to have repairs and cleaning done before fully decorating and furnishing the house. We found that she was very efficient and paid great attention to detail. 

At all times she was highly professional, very accessible, friendly, honest and most of all reliable. Emma worked within our specifications and budget, but with her own impeccable taste. She was regularly in touch and updated us throughout the process.

We were in two minds to close our business for a month and to go on holiday during peak season until we met Emma at Harbour Properties. Our business is so much more than a bed for a night, we built our business from scratch based on personal service to every guest. Emma was like a breath of fresh air, very organised and focused on the detail, her list of questions for the final handover left nothing to chance.

Emma managed our property, bookings and personally checked in every guest to our exacting standards. She went that extra mile with guests with 5* hotel expectations at all times of the day and night and even found and oversaw an emergency drain contractor when the drains backed up. Emma kept us up to date with the business but after a week we were so confident with her capability and professionalism we let her get on with it. We came back to zero complaints and a guest comment book full of happy stories and notes thanks for Emma’s hospitality. We will certainly use Harbour Properties in the future.
